Hi, I'm Pooja

NICE TO MEET YOU!

I am Pooja Joshi (she/her), an Executive Coach and founder of Lodestone Catalysts, where I work with senior executives and CEOs at career (and life) inflection points. My coaching creates intentional space for reflection, values clarification, and sense-making, supporting leaders in making aligned, self-directed choices about how they lead and live.

My work as a coach is informed by more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, philanthropy, and board service. I have held senior leadership roles at the Thomas and Jeanne Elmezzi Foundation, advised philanthropists and institutions through Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, led fundraising initiatives at South Asian Youth Action (SAYA!), and served for over 16 years on the board of the Sadie Nash Leadership Project. These experiences have given me a deep, lived understanding of power, responsibility, decision-making, and leadership within complex systems.

As a coach, I am not focused on fixing or optimizing people. I work with leaders who are thoughtful, capable, and ready to examine how their internal landscape shapes their external leadership. Through reflective inquiry, dialogue, and values-based frameworks, I help clients move beyond inherited models of success and design paths that feel coherent, intentional, and sustainable.

I am an ICF-trained ACC coach. My approach integrates strategic clarity with intuitive insight, helping leaders navigate complexity with steadiness, agency, and presence. I am building the field of conscious leadership by centering individual well-being as a lever for organizational and collective impact.

Born and raised in India, and now based in the United States, I bring a global perspective shaped by living across cultures during formative stages of my life. My work is always rooted in client voice, dignity, and self-direction.

I am also Reiki Level II certified and find grounding in meditation, reflection, travel, contemplation, and indulging in my curiosities (play), practices that invite presence and spaciousness into my daily life.
