Lodestone Catalysts is my coaching and consulting practice, rooted in over two decades of experience working alongside senior leaders in philanthropy and the nonprofit sector.

At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to connection and truth. I bring a systems lens to leadership coaching and strategy consulting—helping leaders see the larger patterns at play so they can move forward with clarity and confidence. I’m a synthesizer and a collaborator, always looking for the through-line in diverse perspectives to reveal meaningful insights.
As a Reiki practitioner, I also draw from an energetic and intuitive understanding of leadership. I believe that real transformation happens when we pay attention not just to outcomes and strategy, but to energy, alignment, and purpose. My work is grounded in the belief that everything is interconnected, and that leadership, when done with integrity and presence, can be a profound force for healing and impact.
