While I am Figuring It Out

I’m taking a leap of faith. I’m transitioning out of one job and into working for myself launching my own business. This shift feels deeply aligned with who I am and what I bring into my coaching and advisory work. And yet, most days, I also feel like a failure.

I’ve experienced my share of struggle. I’ve moved through life by following intuition making choices that somehow, in hindsight, have always carried me toward something better. Still, I’m far from that moment of clarity that says, yes, I’m doing it.

Purpose and alignment matter deeply to me. They’re not nice-to-haves; they’re the ground beneath everything I do. Working for myself is my attempt to invite more of that meaning and integrity into my life. But I haven’t figured it out yet, far from it.

This might make me a questionable choice as your strategic thought partner or executive coach. After all, I’m not here to sell you a packaged “transformation” or a shiny workbook that promises results. My work isn’t about keeping you busy it’s about inviting you to go beyond improvement. To explore what it means to truly transform how you think, lead, and live.

My practice is grounded in reflection, design, and purpose, a belief that meaningful change begins not from control or overplanning, but from clarity of intention. I hold that transformation happens when awareness meets action.

And while I’m figuring things out alongside you, I do know what’s working for me.

1. Intentions over plans

Plans can confine; intentions guide. I help clients set directions that evolve, flexible paths that make space for both purpose and surprise.

2. A philosophical lens

I approach work and life through a deeper inquiry: What makes life worth living?
That question shapes how we lead, relate, and create.

So if you’re looking for a thought partner who’s walking this same edge, someone unafraid to sit in uncertainty, to ask the hard questions, and to help you find clarity where you are, reach out.

I’m here, in the messy middle, waiting for exactly this kind of partnership.
