I am dedicated to living a life of service—lifting others up is at the core of who I am.

My passion for advancing economic, gender, and racial equity drives everything I do. For the past 16 years, serving on the Sadie Nash Leadership Project Board has been a profoundly rewarding experience, particularly in witnessing young womxn step into their power, claim their leadership, and embrace their joy.

With a career in nonprofit and philanthropic organizations, I bring deep expertise to navigating pivotal moments and opportunities for both organizations and their leaders. My mind thrives when helping organizations manage growth or transformation—whether through strategy consulting or leadership coaching (I am currently working towards my ICF credentialing).

What excites me most is fostering leadership grounded in compassion, creating more space in the world for those who lead with integrity and from the heart.

As I reflect on my journey, I often ponder this question: is it more meaningful to lead an interesting life or a happy one? Professionally and personally, my life has been rich with experiences. I feel deeply connected to liberation movements that advocate for freedom, dignity, and belonging for all.

Born and raised in India, I now call America home.
